When your ultimate goal is to ensure your clients are well taken care of and are receiving the attention they deserve, the last thing on your mind is "what's in it for me." Awards and recognition have never been at the top of the list of reasons why we do what we do, so when we found out that we not only received one award, but FIVE, for our hard work, we were floored and overwhelmed with gratitude!
Hitting Pinnacle Status
Andy was honored to receive for the second year in a row the "Pinnacle Award of Excellence" presented by the Bagnell Dam Association of Realtors ®! In order to qualify for such a prestigious award, an agent must have sold $5,000,000 within the previous fiscal year. Of the hundreds of agents affiliated with the Bagnell Dam Association of Realtors, only 17 agents were awarded this status for 2017! Andy has been the recipient of the “Summit Award of Excellence”, which in order to qualify an agent must sell $2,000,000 within a fiscal year, two years in a row previous to hitting Pinnacle status.
"Top Team" Recognition
Not only was Team Andy Gibson awarded for their outstanding overall sales within the local association of Realtors, but we also received several awards within the Keller Williams Lake of the Ozarks family for being a Top Team in Gross Commission Income, as well as being one of the Top Teams in Units Sales! Team Andy Gibson was awarded second place for top closed commission monies generated from the sale of real estate, and third place for the top number of listings sold for 2017.
Furthering Our Education
Andy was also fortunate to attend the Annual Keller Williams Family Reunion in California. At Family Reunion, Keller Williams associates gather with thousands of top agents and leaders for four power-packed days of networking and training. It provides an opportunity for agents to re-energize and take their business to the next level; learn from the best in the business, attend powerful sessions and immerse themselves in KW culture. During the reunion, Andy was awarded with a Silver Medallion Award for Associate Production. In order to receive this status, an agent, team or group must reach a GCI level of $120,000 to $179,999 or accomplish 27-39 Units Sales within a year.
Not only did we receive these amazing awards for stellar sales growth in 2017, but our very own Samantha Carr was awarded for being a "Knowledge Seeker" by the Keller Williams Lake of the Ozarks family for being so inquisitive and going above and beyond to make sure she's staying educated on all aspects of the real estate industry. Her thirst for knowledge is astounding and her desire to learn more about the business and implement new strategies for improvement every day is a trait to be admired! We couldn't be more proud to have such a driven associate on our team!
