This week, our spotlight agent is Andy Gibson - Broker/Broker Associate and Team Leader for Team Andy Gibson!


Experience
Andy Gibson is no novice to real estate at the Lake of the Ozarks. He began his real estate career as a long-term leasing manager for Keys to the Lake in 2010. Within his first year, he had doubled the company’s rental inventory and doubled it again the following year. With his continued success as the Long-Term Leasing Director and Real Estate Salesperson, he went on to become Vice President of Operations for Keys to the Lake. Andy’s extensive experience as a property manager at the Lake area, as well as a background in home construction and sales, have given him an excellent knowledge base for real estate. He has a wide-range in Real Estate expertise, including first-time home buyers, investment properties, and second-home living. 

Achievements
Andy has been the recipient of the “Summit Award of Excellence” presented by the Bagnell Dam Association of Realtors ® for the last two years in a row, and this year received the "Pinnacle Award of Excellence"! He strives to stay ahead on his real estate education and in doing so, obtained his Broker’s License in 2015. He takes pride in establishing and maintaining strong and meaningful relationships with each and every client he serves. His unmatched work ethic and desire to help others by sharing his vast knowledge of real estate at the Lake of the Ozarks have led him to his next big step in the real estate industry of leading a team of his own.

Outside of Work
Andy moved to the Lake in 2009 with his wife, Kaci, who grew up in Camdenton. They have two sons and are expecting their third. He is very family-oriented and is involved in his kids extra curricular activities. When he isn't working on closing a real estate deal or hosting an open house, you'll find Andy spending time with Kaci and the boys at evening practices or weekend games, or he's driving back to his hometown of Viburnum to spend the weekend visiting with family.
